Glass Processing ¬ Table Tops
We make table tops to fit your new dining table or coffee table base or supply an exact replacement for a broken top. The shape can be simple, a circle square or rectangle or more complicated such as oval, octagon or kidney shape. We can work from measurements and diagrams, if the shape is irregular or if it has to be precise we may require a template (pattern). You must always allow for the industry tolerance of plus or minus 2 mm from your measurements.
Coffee table tops are mostly 6 mm thick but can be 8 mm or 10 mm. Dining table tops can also be 6 mm but will look more impressive if they are 8 mm or 10 mm. Take care that the table can take the extra weight if you replace a 6 mm top with an 8 mm or 10 mm. All glass is toughened this is also known as safety glass and its many times stronger and normal glass and must be used to meet safety regulations.
All glass is polished at the edge.
